The Moonlandingz have teamed up with Nadine Shah for an incredible duet in the form of ‘Roustabout’. It’s a sonically addictive track from its ambient opening moments, as luscious synths underpin a cyclical percussion loop. The swagger of the keyboard that enters adds a menacing vibe to the track, which is only amplified by the dual lead vocals, which trade lines in the verses but team up for a beautifully harmonised chorus. They share: “It’s a fictional re-imagining of the complexities, stirrings and courage that appeared to dwell within an unnamed celibate moon-faced indie icon from the 80s!”.
